The Effects Of Communication Skills Education On Cognitive Flexibility And Communication Skills Of Adults

The aim of this study is to examine the Effect Rational Emotional Behavioral Approach Based Communication Skills Program on adults communication skills and cognitive flexibility levels. participants study, which was designed according experimental design with pre-test post-test control group, were included in randomly among employees an international hotel chain operating Turkey. There are 5 female 6 male members group group. data collected Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Scale-Adult Form (CSS-AF) Personal Information Form. Within scope research, Approach-Based Training (REBA-CSTP), developed by researchers consisting 90 minutes 12 sessions, applied individuals No application made Follow-up measurements four weeks after administration post-test. Research analysed SPSS 24.0 environment, differences between groups Mann-Whitney U Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. As a result it determined that REBA-CSTP increased levels at statistically significant level.
